Paris struck by hail -sized marble and thunderstorms

The marble garden was seen the streets of Paris, while the cars were damaged by trees that fell from lightning on Saturday afternoon.

The slight flood also led to temporarily closed metro stations, according to local reports.

Thunderstorms are expected this week in parts of Southern Europe, including the southern regions of France, but they are likely to begin to spread north later during the week.
