The Spanish Civil Guard has led the evacuation effort while the fires burned in the Toledo region.
Dozens of people were told to leave their homes in Mentridus and Calippo Fado, as the flames threaten residential areas and swallowed large parts of the forests.
Authorities estimate that 2500 hectares (25 square km) of land have been affected.
The strong winds also ignited dense plum smoke to the capital Madrid.
