Protesters are aimed at Serbian Party’s official offices in demonstrations

Protesters broke the windows of the offices belonging to the ruling Serbian progressive party, in the fifth consecutive night of unrest through Serbia.

Serbian President Alexander Vucic has warned that the protesters who attacked his party’s offices will be punished after police will be deployed on Saturday night in several cities.

Anti -government demonstrations have covered Serbia since November last year, when the railway roof collapsed, killing 16 people. Protesters claim that the incident was symbolic of deep -rooted corruption in the country and have since called on Vucic to withdraw.
