At least eight people were killed and more than 30 wounded in Ukraine during the night Russian drones and rocket attacks, regional officials said.
Three deaths and one in the southern town of Mikolav were reported in the Kiev area. Four more deaths were reported in the area of Ukraine in West Kmelnitsky.
Comes a day after a victim of Kyiv One of the most serious attacks since the beginning of the Russian invasion.
The Russian Ministry of Defense said that its air defense units have removed or captured 95 Ukrainian drones in a number of Russian regions, including Moscow, during a four -hour period on Saturday night.
Russian employees do not report victims. The drone attack forced a brief suspension of all flights at Moscow airports.
Russian President Vladimir Putin began a full -scale invasion of Ukraine in February 2022, and Moscow currently controls about 20% of Ukrainian territory.

In a statement of Telegram, the regional leader of Kiev Mikola Kalashnik said three people were killed in Russian attacks and 10 others were injured.
Kalashik has posted pictures of several houses that light after Russian blows.
In the capital Kiev, local officials report 11 injuries, multiple fires and damage to residential buildings, including a hostel.
Hundreds of people were seen to shelter at underground stations on the city’s subway. It comes as the capital marks its annual holiday on Kiev Day on Sunday.
In Mikolave, the public emergency service of Ukraine DSNS said that the body of an elderly man was removed from a five -storey residential building struck by a drone. Another five were injured.
In Harciv, regional authorities report three injuries.
In Russia, the Ministry of Defense said that Ukrainian drones are directed to eight Russian regions.
“From 8:00 pm time for Moscow (17:00 GMT) on May 24th to 00:00 on May 25, the air defense units on duty destroyed and captured 95 Ukrainian Aircraft-type unmanned aerial vehicles,” the ministry said.
Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobianin has announced that 12 drones aimed at the capital of the capital have been removed.
He added that emergency crews are located to evaluate the damage caused by falling fragments of drones.
