Solar energy cars start an epic Australian race from Outback

Sunny cars competition began on Sunday in Australia, with 34 teams around the world competing to win the Bridgestone 2025 world’s solar challenge.

The teams were greeted by people who were waiting to see that the vehicles were embarking on their journey of 3,000 kilometers (1.864 miles) through Outback, from Darwin to Adelaide.

The first vehicles are expected to start arriving in Adelaide on August 28, with the event ending on August 31.
