Jenny Hermoso told the trial against former Spanish football chief Louis Rubiales that the kiss he gave her to the 2023 World Cup, “Paint one of the happiest days of my life.”

Rubiales, the former president of the Spanish Football Federation, on Monday in Madrid moved to Madrid because of the kiss, accused of sexual assault and coercion.

Looking like the first witness to the process, Hermoso said, “My boss kissed me and this should not happen in any social or work environment.”

Rubiales caused great disputes when he kissed the athlete on the lips as the players received their medals at the World Cup in Australia, challenging protests and called for his resignation.

Hermoso told the court that she had never allowed permission to be kissed.

“I didn’t hear or understand anything,” she said.

“The next thing he did was catch me by the ears and kiss me on the mouth.”

She continued: “Kiss on the lips is only given when I decide so.”

Prosecutors are calling on the 47-year-old Rubiales to receive a one-year sentence for sexual assault.

They also call on him a sentence of a year and a half for coercion, for being claimed to have tried to press Hermos to say publicly that the kiss is consensus.

Rubiales denies fees.

At that time, Rubiales said the kiss was consensus and the so -called witch hunting of “false feminism” was given before resigning from its position.

Three of his former colleagues are also in the process of trial, accused of forced hermos to say that the kiss is consensus.

Jorge Wilda, the coach of the World Cup won, Ruben Rivera, the former leader of the federation marketing, and former sports director Albert Luke denies the fees.

The test continues until February 19.
