The Swedish authorities charged a convicted terrorist for killing a Jordan pilot in 2015, which was burned to death in Syria.

Osama Kraim, 32 – a Swedish citizen – was accused of Tuesday in the war and terrorist crimes associated with the death of MOAZ al -Kasasbe.

He is currently in prison after being convicted of his role in terrorist attacks in 2015 and 2016 in Paris and Brussels.

The BBC contacted its comment lawyer related to the latest allegations. He has previously denied the allegations, Swedish public operator SVT reported.

The Kraima process is expected to start on June 4th.

The Swedish prosecutor’s authority announced last week that it plans to blame a person with Lt Kasasbeh’s “execution”, along with other suspect members of the Islamic State Group (IS).

Jordan confirmed the death of Lieutenant Casasbe in 2015, following the distribution of a terrible video published online by the IS, which seems to be 26-year-old was burned alive in a cage.

He was captured when his plane came down near the town of Rakka during a mission against the IS in December 2014.

Swedish prosecutors said that in their statement last week the crimes that were already accused had taken place between December 24, 2014 and February 3, 2015.

He is a native of the Swedish city of Malmo and is believed to have traveled to Syria in September 2014 to fight for the IC.

In June 2022, he was sentenced to 30 years in prison for his role in the terrorist attacks in November 2015 – which killed 130 people – and for planning a separate attack at the Amsterdam airport.

A year later, he was also found guilty of a terrorist murder because of his role in the attacks of Brussels, which killed 32 people.

He was temporarily transferred from France to Sweden to participate in this last ordeal.
