At least 10 forest and rescue workers were killed while fighting wild fires in the central Esksehir province in Turkey.
About 24 forest workers and volunteer rescue staff were left “trapped inside the fire” after a change in the wind direction, said X.
Five forest workers and five volunteers from the rescue organization Akut lost their lives, and 14 forest workers were taken to hospital, he said.
