Texas police hunt condemned the “wrong” released from prison

Texas police are searching for a man who is said to be “wrongly” released from prison as he was ready to start a seven -year sentence.

The 36 -year -old Tori Dugas has been sentenced to five years in the State Prison for attacking a family member and two years to avoid arrest, according to the Sheriff’s office of Harris County.

Instead, Dugas, who was in prison of Harris County Thursday, on other accusations that were rejected, was released at 04:30 local time on Sunday.

A “thorough investigation” is currently underway to determine the cause of his “wrong release” from prison, the Sheriff’s service said.
