Texas signs into law online saftey bill reportedly opposed by Apple’s Tim Cook

Texas Governor Abbott has officially signed the Law on Online Child Protection Bill that requires Apple and Google App Stoors to verify their users’s age and to get approval from parents before downloading minors or applying apps. The law will be in effect on January 1st.
