ReutersThe US Panel, investigating Jeffrey Epstein’s crimes, has requested the executors of his mansion to submit a number of documents, including a book that said they contained personal messages for their 50th birthday.
The James Commercial Award, the leader of the Chamber’s Supervision Committee, is an extension of his investigation in Epstein, the late pedophile financier.
Last month, The Wall Street Journal announced that his birthday book, his associate Ghislaine Maxwell, created in 2003, contained statements from various Epstein acquaintances, including a banned note that he was said to be named Donald Trump, who was his friend at the time.
Trump denied writing any such letter.
The president said the alleged note was “fake” and has begun defect defamation against the mother of the magazine and its owner Rupert Murdoch. Dow Jones stood until its reporting and vowed to fight the legal work.
COMER’s summary asks that the executors of the Epstein estate provide “all records contained in the reported book composed by Mrs. Ghislaine Maxwell.” It gives a deadline of September 8 to roll the subject.
Epstein Estate lawyer confirmed the receipt of the request and stated that the contractors would “comply with all legal process on this matter and this includes a summons of the Commission.”
Among other documents, he also wants all the non -disclosure agreements, executed by Epstein for a period of three decades, and his will precedes his death in prison in 2019.
It also requires “any document or record that can be interpreted as a potential list of clients involved in sex, sexual acts or sexual trafficking” by Epstein.
Epstein’s unprecedented files may contain the so -called customer list, which may suggest high -ranking associates except Maxwell in his criminal operation.
However, the US and the FBI Ministry of Justice said there was no such list.
And for his part, Maxwell, who is serving time in prison for his involvement in Epstein’s crimes, also denied that he had a list when they recently questioned an employee of the US Department of Justice (DOJ).
But conspiracy theories continue.
And for weeks, Trump has been persecuted by the words “Epstein’s files”, as pressure is increasing from his supporters and prominent figures in his own Republican Party for more transparency about what previous investigations in Epstein have revealed.
As part of its own probe, COMER has previously issued summonses to the US Department of Justice (DOJ) and high-profile data, including former President Bill Clinton and former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton.
There were reports that Trump himself had said in May by Prosecutor General Pam Bondi that his name was appearing in the investigations related to investigations.
He was friends with Epstein a few years earlier, on Trump’s account, they fell around 2004.
While the campaign for the Presidency, Trump said it would be open to the publication of more information. But he recently changed his position, saying that the case was closed and criticized his own supporters, who continue to press him against him.
