Jihan Jao and his mother, both Chinese citizens, were with their friends at the Claire County Beauty site on July 23 last year when he left the group.
The coroner hugged Jihan’s distracted mother after recording a sentence for accidental death.
The incident was the second fatal fall on Mohair’s rocks within a three -month period last year.

Jihan and his mother Xianhong Huang had arrived in Ireland 12 days before his fatal fall.
In her postponement, Ja Juang said Jihan was walking in front of her on the rocks of Moher Trail when she lost sight of him.

Speaking through a translator of the investigation in Kilrush, Claire County, D -Ja Huang, wiping tears, asked, “What exactly made Jihan fall off the rocks?”
Claire Clare O’Dea County Coroner told the sorrowful mother that evidence of eyewitnesses would help to answer this question.

French tourist Marion Turgon told the investigation that he witnessed the fall at about 13:45 that day.
D -Ja Tourgon explained that she was at the end of the rocks with her husband and two children, taking a selfie at the time.

“I saw him slide into the puddle that appears in the photo my husband sent to the police,” the witness said.
“His right leg slipped into the puddle, trying to stop falling with his left leg, but his left leg found himself in the air.”
D -Ja Tourgon added: “It was very fast – he found himself uncomfortable with his left leg in the emptiness above the rock and the right knee on the edge of the rock.”
She continued: “His right knee eventually fell into the gap over the rock, and he tried to grasp the grass with his hands to pull up.
“He wasn’t shouting and there was no noise.”
Then the Turgon family called the emergency services.
An operation to search for air, land and sea, including the Irish Coast Guard, Guard and Irish Civil Protection volunteers who used boats, drones, divers and helicopter, has begun.

He said that the Irish coast guards noticed a body floating in the water at the base of the rocks.
The court heard that a rescue boat was fired, but it did not have access to where the body was spotted because of the maritime conditions.
It was more five days before Jihan’s body was eventually restored from the sea.
The boy was found by fisherman Matthew O’Haloran of Corofin, Claire County.
He noticed a body face down with his hands, stretched out into the water between Dolin and the Aran Islands, shortly after 10:00 on July 28.
O’Haloran alarmed the Irish Coast Guard, and its members extracted Jihan’s body and took him ashore in Dulin.
The coroner said the results after the death confirmed that Jihan had died of numerous traumatic injuries corresponding to a fall from height.
“It was clear from evidence that we heard that Jihan got out of the rocks, not otherwise. His death would be very fast – instant.”
Turning to the boy’s mother, she said, “I can’t imagine how disruptive this is for you.”
The O’Dea also expanded its sympathy for Jahan’s father, who did not attend the investigation.
She hugged G -Ja Huang as she left the corona court.
