A US judge again blocked President Donald Trump to execute an enforcement order that terminates the right to birth to right -wing citizenship for some US residents as the legal challenge moves forward.

A Judge in New Hampshire approved a classroom case against Trump’s enforcement order and temporarily stopped the president’s order from entering into force.

The class of class action was filed by the US Union for Civil Freedoms on behalf of Immigrant Parents and their babies.

The decision comes weeks after the Supreme Court introduced restrictions on how and when universal orders were issued by the federal courts. However, the decision still allows them through certain legal routes.

The claim for the class claim was introduced after the Supreme Court’s decision, in accordance with the new standards set by the court.

However, the White House disputes the validity of the judge’s decision.

“Today’s decision is an obvious and illegal attempt to circumvent the clear order of the Supreme Court against universal relief. The decision of this judge ignores the rule of law by abusing the procedures for certification of class actions,” spokesman Harrison Fields said on Thursday. “The Trump Administration will vigorously fight the attempts of these District Court judges from impeding the policies that President Trump was elected to implement.”

The US Constitution guarantees the citizenship of all born on American soil, but Trump has tried to cancel this right to babies born to undocumented immigrants and foreign visitors as part of his repression of immigration.

The trial of class actions seeks to challenge the order as harmful and non -constitutional, and the judge decided that he could continue on behalf of the babies who would be affected by the restrictions.

The decision also again suspends an order that was a priority for Trump. The judge gave the government seven days to appeal.

Limiting the citizenship of birth was one of his first actions of service.

Numerous courts in the United States have issued national orders as they considered legal challenges before the order.

The Trump administration appealed these temporary detainees before the highest US court, arguing the judges, they have no power to block a presidential order nationally while the courts are examining cases.

The conservative majority of the Supreme Court gave up Trump in Decision 6-3, which widely restricted the judiciary, although the judges did not cope with the constitutionality of the Trump citizenship order.

Following the decision of the Supreme Court, Trump’s order had to take effect on July 27.
