Police camera footage shows that the moment employees used a Capibara costume to attack drugs in Peru Lima’s capital.
The Escuadron Verde Police Group (Green Squad) is a specialized unit of the Peruvian national police, which often conceals its agents in a fantastic dress during celebrations such as Valentine’s Day, Halloween and Christmas.
The leader of the unit, Kohl Pedro Rohas, said: “On this occasion, the day of lovers, the day of the lover, we tried to accumulate with the character of the capibara.”
The Peruvian police have previously dressed its officers as characters from Marvel Spiderman, Captain America, Thor and the Black Widow to commit drug attacks.
