The rules of the judge we need to bring back the man deported to El Salvador in “mistake”

A federal judge ordered the Trump administration to return a man to Maryland, who was wrongly deported to a prison in El Salvador.

Kilmar Abergo Garcia, who was expelled last month with hundreds of suspected band members, must be returned to the United States no later than Monday, District Judge Paula Sinin said.

US Immigration and Customs Implementation (ICE) said in a recent court case that deportation of G -N Garcia is an “administrative mistake”. An immigration judge provided him with legal protection against deportation in 2019.

The White House claims that Mr Garcia is a member of the MS-13 gang, but his lawyers claim that there is no evidence to prove that he is related to the gang, adding that he has never been charged with a crime in any party.
