White House officials have also said they will impose specific reciprocal tariffs on approximately 60 “oldest offenders” to come into force on April 9.
These countries are charging higher tariffs for goods in the United States, imposing “Netariff” barriers over trade with the US, or otherwise acted in ways in which the government feels undermining US economic goals.
The main trading partners subject to these personalized tariff rates include:
Canada and Mexico are not mentioned in these new tariff messages.

He previously set these rates at 25%before declaring Some exceptions and delaysS
In addition, the president has announced that the US will impose “25% tariff on all foreign cars made”.
