Ultrahuman acquires viO HealthTech to launch enhanced cycle and ovulation tracking

Smart ring manufacturer Ultrahuma Women’s Health Technology Company is gaining VO Healthtake To launch the advanced cycle and ovulation tracking, the company announced Friday. The financial terms of the agreement were not published.

Thanks to the acquisition, the company is launching a new plug-in for Ultrahuman Ring Air called “Bike and Ovulation Pro”. Plug-in allow users to track their cycle properly, to get the help of fertility plan with ovulation confirmation, and detect patterns such as primary or late ovulation. Plug-in allows users to log the moods, symptoms and more to uncover the prolongs of long-term well-being.

The cycle and ovulation pro use a temperature-sensitive algorithm mainly developed for the Vioer Ovation fertility monitor. The technology was developed for more than 15 years and was trained in a dataset of more than 260,000 cycles collected with medical-grade sensors, Ultrahuman notes.

With Ultrahuman Ring Air, the technology enables the cycle tracking through the finger that allows for better understanding about personalized insights and users’ cycle.

“Most Stru Tusrub tracking platforms are regularly built for 28 -day -old cycle women,” Ultrahuman wrote in a press release. “In reality, most of the cycles are signs-and conditions such as non-burdened, PCOS, endometriosis, or thyroid disorder are often not proper or helpful. The acquisition of VO of Ultrahuman is designed for them.”

Ultrahuman note that existing free bikes and ovulation powerplugs, which provide foundational tracking equipment and calendar-based predictions, will be available.

Bicycles and Ovulation Pro are available on Friday as premium PowerPlogs for $ 3.99 per month for users of the United States, the United Kingdom, EU, Australia and Canada. The company plans to publish it in more areas in the future.
