A United Nations expert called on dozens of multinational companies to stop doing business with Israel, warning them that they risk being complicit in war crimes in Gaza and the occupied West coast.

Francesca Albanese, presenting her report to the UN Human Human Rights Council, described what she called the “Genocide Economy”, in which the conflict with Hamas provided a test site – without accountability or supervision – for new weapons and technologies.

Israel rejected its report as “unfounded”, stating that “he would join the Bin of History.”

UN or special rapporteur experts are independent of the UN, but are appointed by him to advise human rights issues.

Albanese is an international lawyer from Italy and she is known for her stupidity; In previous reports, she suggested that Israel performs a genocide in gas.

On Thursday, she repeated this claim, accusing Israel of “committing one of the most violent genocides in modern history.”

In this report, the albanese Domes Company, who says they win and are therefore complicit in war crimes in Gaza.

Its list includes Lockheed Martin weapons manufacturer for selling weapons and technology companies Alphabet, IBM, Microsoft and Amazon to provide Israel that allows Israel to track and direct Palestinians.

She also lists Caterpillar, Hyundai and Volvo, which her report claims to have supplied vehicles used to demolish homes and flattened bombed communities.

Financial institutions are also included – D -Ja Albanese for BNP Paribas and Barclays banks have signed the Israeli Bonds of the Ministry of Finance throughout the conflict.

The BBC addressed the companies listed above for comment.

Lockheed Martin said foreign military sales are transactions from the government of government and the discussions were best addressed by the US government.

Volvo stated that he did not share the criticism of Da Albanese, who believes it is based on “insufficient and partially incorrect information”. He added that he was committed to respecting human rights and constantly working to strengthen his or her diligence. But it says that since its products have a long life and change your hands “Unfortunately, there is a limit to how much control or influence we can have on how and where our products are used throughout their lives.”

For these companies, the business is profitable, the report said and helps Israel continue the war. D -Ja Albanese says all companies should stop with Israel immediately.

But how likely is this? UN reports like this have no legal authority, but they attract attention.

D -Ja Albanese aimed at economic ties is trying to remind multinational companies and governments of what happened to Apartheid South Africa.

For some time, many businesses have made good money for trading in South Africa, but apartheid’s injustice attracted a global condemnation and sanctions on the UN, which forced disinvesting and ultimately helped to end the Apartheid regime.

By listing companies that are household names, d -Ja Albanese probably also hopes to provide millions of users worldwide that they can use when choosing whether to buy something or not, as they did with South Africa.

But the proposal that they are complicit in a possible genocide is what multinational companies themselves can take the most serious. The Genocide Act is strict, it must be determined by the court and in fact the International Court of Justice is currently considering a case against Israel on this issue brought by South Africa.

The comparison is defined as a person or entity that has dealt with actions whose predictable results may have contributed to genocide but without being personally intended to perform genocide.

This is an accusation that D -Ja Albanese suggests that it can be leveled against businesses that sell anything that can contribute to Israel’s military effort. It is known that international lawyers have advised privately European governments that sales of weapons for Israel continue to lead to accusations of complicity.

Israel, who has long accused G -Ja Albanese of being extremely hostile to him and even anti -Semite, rejected his latest report as “a groundless, slander and apparent abuse of the position”.

Israel denies the genocide, claiming the right of self -defense against Hamas.

But when D -Ja Albanese presented her report to the UN Member States, she received mostly praise and support.

African, Asian and Arab countries have supported its call for disinvesting, many have agreed that genocide is being conducted, and some also warned Israel against abuse of international lawyers such as G -JJ Albanese for their work.

European countries, traditionally more firming Israel, have also condemned the refusal of Gaza’s assistance and said Israel bears legal responsibility as the occupation power to ensure that the Palestinians have the means to survive.

But the largest ally of Israel, the United States, left the UN Human Rights Council when President Donald Trump took office in January. Washington’s response to the report simply accused G -Ja Albanese, whose team contacted US companies for information about their relations with Israel, of an “unacceptable political and economic war campaign against the US and world economy.”

The US administration is unlikely to pay much more attention to the words of an international lawyer. But the big American companies listed in her report, listening to the condemnation of so many countries where they have financial interests, can begin to question their relationships with Israel.
