The man accused of fatal shooting by a conservative activist Charlie Kirk has been identified as a 22 -year -old Tyler Robinson, a native of Utah, who has lived with his parents “long ago,” the authorities said.
Robinson was removed on September 12, after a family member recognized him in observation images, investigative developments described as the main ones in the termination of national mannth.
This family member is obviously the father of G -n Robinson, who encouraged him to turn, the BBC American partner said, citing two sources of law enforcement. The father then turned to a friend of the family who contacted the sheriff’s office.
At a briefing at the press on Friday, announcing the arrest, FBI employees refused to discuss the origin of G -n Robinson, political slopes, or the possible motive, saying that the investigation is ongoing.

The public records reviewed by the BBC suggest that G -n -Robinson has been registered in the past as an non -adopted or non -party voter in Utah. Matthew Carl Robinson, the father of the suspect, and Amber Denise Robinson, the mother of suspects, are registered Republicans, according to state records.
Robinson was not recorded in UVU, the scene of the shooting.
The BBC reviewed records found that he had visited the Utah State University in Logan for a semester in 2021, probably studied engineering. A photo of the same year shows him that he stands in front of the university sign, holding a letter of acceptance.
Investigators say that G -n -Robinson has been penetrated into online culture, pointing inscriptions on the shells of the shells related to the case.

Only three arrows can be a common symbol used for anti -fascism. Overall, the sequence of arrows can refer to cheat code in a video game – although this remains unclear and the authorities have not yet released images of the shells.
The second corps was written with lyrics of the song “Bella Tsao”, which honors the guerrillas of two era from World War II of the Italian resistance, which is fighting Nazi Germany.
Authorities have said that G -n -Robinson also seems to have been active in Discord, the social media platform used mainly by gamers, but is now also popular with other communities.
His doubt is reported that investigative series of discord reports called “Tyler”, which refers to a “dropping point” rifle and instructions for retrieving and hiding the weapon.
So far, Robinson remains in custody while prosecutors are preparing official charges.
