Wispr Flow releases iOS app in a bid to make dictation feel effortless

Startup co-founder Taana told Kothari TechCrunch that he was ready to create a wearing device that allowed users to type only by silent words. The operating layer of that wearable was flowing and last July, the company was introduced to focus on the software and published its Mac app a few months later.

In the desktop app, users can start dictating in any application by pressing hotky, which is easy to access. For the iOS application, the challenge is to persuade users to switch to WIPR’s keyboard every time you want to use the app.

You may use WIPR flow until 2,000 words are restricted per week. There is an unlimited plan for $ 12 (or $ 144 per year) that gives you initial access to new features.

The company has collected $ 26 million from investors today with NEA, Palo Alto Networks and 8 VCs. Kothari said that his subscription business was looking at the conversion rate of 5% and the startup income was increasing by 5% a year.
